Bij t vertrek hebben we gehoord dat we te gast waren geweest in een totaal concept . Het eten werd als niet t belangrijkste gesteld. Gasten moeten zich thuis voelen.
Ons gezelschap van 4 ( wat ouder, klassieke muziekliefhebbers) heeft genoten van de verrassende borden met kleurrijke en smakelijke gerechten. Het een...
Bij t vertrek hebben we gehoord dat we te gast waren geweest in een totaal concept . Het eten werd als niet t belangrijkste gesteld. Gasten moeten zich thuis voelen.
Ons gezelschap van 4 ( wat ouder, klassieke muziekliefhebbers) heeft genoten van de verrassende borden met kleurrijke en smakelijke gerechten. Het een iets te zout ( of te hoog op smaak?), het ander verdient nog een druppel citroen, hoogtepunt het stukje superkalf. Bijpassende wijnen pasten goed. Opvallend: veel Spaanse, witte wijnen.
Aan tafel is de muziek goed te horen, wij hadden moeite om ons verstaanbaar te maken. Helaas ook n genre dat door ons vieren als onprettig wordt ervaren.
Bediening is vlot en snel, met beknopte ( en moeilijk te verstaan) toelichting op de gerechten. Opmerkelijk dat lamsoor herkend werd door de gast, terwijl de bediening zeker wist dat t peterselie betrof.
Kortom, goed dat we hebben kennisgemaakt met deze keuken. Wellicht komen we nog eens terug, op een rustigere avond.
Wat hebben wij heerlijke gegeten met bij elk gerecht een heerlijke wijn!!
