Verassende combinaties, mooi opgediend, heerlijke smaken en enthousiaste bediening.
Een heel mooie kennismaking met Inheems
Goed gegeten. De smaken zijn heel verfijnd. Verwacht dus geen smaakexplosie of verrassingen op dat gebied. Vriendelijke mensen. Het duurde 3,5 uur om 5 gangen te eten. Aan de ene kant fijn dat er geen haast was, aan de andere kant heb ik niet veel trek meer na half 9.
We hebben echt heerlijk genoten van het 5-gangen chef’s menu. Alle gangen waren zeer smaakvol en goed op elkaar afgestemd qua smaken en hoeveelheden. De combinatie van skrei met de bieten vinden we fenomenaal! Dank aan team Inheems! We komen zeker terug.
