Mooi 4 gangen menu, goede bijpassende wijnen. Bediening was prima en ‘volgens het boekje’. Goede uitleg van gerechten en wijn. Duidelijk een restaurant met ambitie. Aan inrichting mag wel wat gesleuteld worden, maar dat staat op de planning kregen we te horen. We gaan zeker nog een keer terug!

hoewel de gerechten er prachtig uitzagen en de smaak op orde was het allemaal wel erg karig. zeebaars tartaar ter grote van een plak leverworst, het lam was 2 stukjes met lekkere saus. het brood hebben we alleen gezien bij het aperitief terwijl het zo lekker is om de ov...

hoewel de gerechten er prachtig uitzagen en de smaak op orde was het allemaal wel erg karig. zeebaars tartaar ter grote van een plak leverworst, het lam was 2 stukjes met lekkere saus. het brood hebben we alleen gezien bij het aperitief terwijl het zo lekker is om de overgebleven saus weg te vegen. de wijnen waren wel verrassend en uit verschillende streken. flesje plat water a 6.50 euro is waarschijnlijk wel van deze tijd maar buiten proportioneel. de boterkoek was volgens de zwarte brigade te zout, maar wij vonden hem lekker en kregen nog een schaaltje voor 4. de mannelijke serveerder stond aan het begin van zijn loopbaan, het zij hem vergeven. we beginnen allemaal onder aan de ladder. de witte brigade kookte deze avond 14 personen en we moesten best lang wachten tussen de gangen door. ik geloof best dat de horeca het zwaar heeft, maar met deze prijzen en wat je er voor krijgt wordt het niet lichter
