Gisteren met vriendinnen bij Titus gegeten en het eten was erg geslaagd. Alleen bij de amuses was het hapje met de rode biet wat neutraal. Het voorgerecht met de wortel en kabeljauw was heerlijk fris, het tussengerechtje met de kokos, vis en kruiden was lekker, net pittig genoeg. De speciale paddenstoelen warn ook apart van smaak. Bij het hoofdgerecht met wilde eend, rode biet en bramen was vooral de macaron gevuld met levercrème erg apart van smaak. De garing van de wilde eend had iets beter gekund, maar verder helemaal prima. Er werd frites bij geserveerd, maar dat was overbodig. Later bleek dat we deze apart moesten afrekenen, maar we hadden er niet om gevraagd, dus de frites werd gelijk weer van de rekening verwijderd, hetgeen heel netjes was. Het toetje met peer bereidingen was heerlijk fris. Kortom geslaagd. Dit keer viel de prijs van het water wel mee. Al blijft 5 euro voor kraanwater veel.
Een gezellige avond met lekker eten gehad.
Het was aan ons niet besteed.
