Description
On the Koemarkt in Purmerend, chef Phil Eikes and hostess Marjolein de Reus welcome you to Kozee! The intimate restaurant has a cozy setting where you immediately feel at home upon entering. Daily dishes are prepared using seasonal products and delicious wines are served. Hostess Marjolein pampers guests with all their wishes and recommends sophisticated wines to guests. With a young and enthusiastic team, they are at your beck and call with passion! In 2023, Kozee, therefore, received its first chef's hat with 13 Gault&Millau points!

Het eten was heerlijk en de sfeer was perfect.
We waren in het begin van de restaurantweek hier voor het eerst. We vonden het geweldig en toen we hoorden dat de kaart in de loop van de week zou veranderen hadden we meteen het idee om nog een keer te gaan om te kijken of het niveau nog steeds zo hoog was. We zijn niet teleurgesteld! Echt een superrestaurant!
Marjolein en Phil weten hoe ze hun gasten moeten verwennen, van gastvrije ontvangst tot dessert, alles klopt gewoon. Wat deze chef met de pure ingrediënten doet is oog- en tongstrelend.
Het is niet voor niets ons favoriete restaurant van de Koemarkt.
