In this restaurant, the experience and culinary enjoyment are of paramount importance. Het personeel ziet er keurig uit en is heel vriendelijk. De sfeer is rustgevend, maar wij hadden een beetje pech dat we in de buurt van drie nogal luidruchtige heren zaten, maar dat kan het restaurant natuurlijk niet verweten worden.
Het eten was verrassend en elke gang was een plezier. Ook de combinaties van het drankarrangement met de verschillende gangen was zeer goed. van traditionele wijnen tot sake bij de oester en kersenbier bij het dessert.
Dat het eten niet alle 5 sterren krijgt heeft te maken met het feit dat de kersen van het dessert nogal eenvoudig waren vergeleken met de overige gangen, maar ze waren wel lekker zoet en sappig. Het erbij geserveerde kersen/ champagne ijs maakte veel goed! Ook het kaasplankje was heerlijk met een mooie selectie van kazen. Een goede prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding met uitzondering van het water. Dat vond ik erg duur.
