Fish restaurant de Stroper is located in the center, on one of the beautiful canals (Voorstraathaven) that Dordrecht has. There is a beautiful view of the water, where summer boats are moored and the tour boat starts. In the beautiful medieval canal house, you can enjoy a wonderful evening out! The kitchen can be described as the classic French cuisine as a basis, given a modern twist, with great care being taken to the quality of seasonal products, which are mostly organic. Voor de 2e keer bij De Stroper geluncht en het was weer prima verzorgd. Dit keer in het kader van de Restaurantweek gegeten. De zaak zat op vrijdag rond 13.00 u behoorlijk vol. Er werden gerechten geserveerd, die ook bijzonder smakelijk waren. Bediening correct en vriendelijk, waardoor een ontspannen sfeer. Helemaal top!
Via de restaurant week hier weer eens gegeten. Bedoening en sfeer zijn prima. Leuk wanneer je als laatste gast binnenkomt met je eigen naam wordt ontvangen. Het menu dat ons werd aangeboden was aardig, al waren de smaken wat vlak en had je het idee dat elk gericht eenzelfde je hetzelfde gevoel had. Ik miste de sprankeling. Van het hoofdgerecht was de vis niet helemaal gaar. Een gezellige sfeer.
Door een fout in de beoordelingssterretjes werd voor sfeer een 6 gegeven.
Dit moet een 8 zijn. Sorry mensen van De Stroper.
