Fish restaurant de Stroper is located in the center, on one of the beautiful canals (Voorstraathaven) that Dordrecht has. Van begin tot eind was alles van hoog niveau en keurig verzorgd. Echt een aanrader voor de visliefhebber. De keuken heeft bijzonder zorgvuldig de juiste garing in het oog, en dat luistert echt heel nauw: alles is precies goed, de vis blijft dan ook mooi sappig, de volle smaak blijft behouden en niets is te droog, echt KLASSE. De ontvangst en de bediening over de hele avond is bijzonder vriendelijk en correct. Een compliment voor de eigenaar omdat deze een geweldige ploeg jonge mensen om zich heen heeft weten te creeren die allen zeer enthousiast hun best doen. Een laatste waardering wil ik ook nog uitspreken voor het waterarrangement: De Stroper Dordrecht behoort gelukkig tot een van de weinige restaurants die niet rijk willen worden door de hele avond peperduur water aan tafel te leveren. Nogmaals: beslist een aanrader !
Gisteravond heerlijk uit eten geweest in de Stroper een uitstekend visrestaurant in Dordrecht. Fijne, gezellige bediening en heerlijke gerechten uitzonderlijk mooi opgediend. GENOTEN!
