Located by the water on the Prinsengracht, you’ll find John Dory in a beautiful warehouse built in 1680.
They work with sustainably sourced fish, meat from local butchers, the crispiest bread from our Amsterdam baker, and the finest seasonal vegetables.

Hele mooie gerechtjes die allemaal even lekker en apart waren. Uitschieter voor ons was de kabeljauw met beurre noisette, maar ook een van hun signature dishes, het dessert met eendenlever, was excellent. Daarbij zeer service-oriented en gekwalificeerd personeel. Tel daarbij de prachtige locatie op en je hebt een avond om nooit te vergeten.
Dankjewel Lieselot voor je fijne service en de koks voor het heerlijke diner.
