De Zeeuwse roots van de chef kok waren duidelijk te proeven 👍 en de bediening van de jonge man was ook 👍
Voor vis liefhebbers een aanrader. Zilte zee smaken en tomaten voeren de boventoon. Soms te veel ingredienten waardoor het lastig duidelijk is wat de chef wil overbrengen.
Voorbeeld: Gebakken makreel onder een bergje vochtige groenten verliest zijn smaak.

Drie dunne plakjes entrecote raw gebakken met een zeentje in één plakje is niet echt fijn. Beetje jammer. Kies dan voor ossehaas of tournedos.
