Echt lekker gegeten, leuke proeverijtjes, ware kunst op je bord.
Enige kritische noot;bij friet hoort mayo, geen groene smurrie. In mijn optiek :)
Uitmuntende beurt van de Stempel. Zeebaars entré was uniek van smaak en presentatie. Amuses zijn steeds weer kleine kunststukjes. Hoofdgerecht (stukje rundvlees) supermals. Tussengerecht was je niet mag missen is de tartare!
Als nagerecht gaan wij hier altijd vbor het kaasassortiment. Een prachtsekectie van met name Italiaanse kaasgeweld
niets dan lof voor bediening en vooral de keukenbrigade, heerlijke amuses, veel variatie en aparte combinaties in bereiding van gerechten die overheerlijk smaken.
