Description
Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine is situated on the spaarne in Haarlem at a beautiful location. The restaurant is located in a building full of character and attractively decorated. The restaurant is characterised by its accessible environment and the excellent price-quality ratio and is just like ratatouille a mix of French cuisine.
Michelin called Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine an example for the new generation of chefs and restaurant at the award ceremony of their first star: less expensive, less rigid, and more accessible. All the dishes are prepared to perfection with surprising taste palettes.
Chef Joshua Jaring likes to surprise you with colours and shapes and pays a lot of attention to the preparation of the plates. This time and again creates curiosity and a wow effect for the guest, making classic flavours very interesting! Jozue combines home-grown products with international flavours.
There is also a choice of more than 460 sublime wines from the enormously extensive wine list. Come and enjoy a delicious lunch or an amazing dinner and be taken into the culinary world of the chef.
The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2014. They received 16 Gault&Millau points.

Wij hebben tijdens de restaurantweek dit restaurant bezocht. Een sfeervol etablissement met erg vriendelijke en goede bediening! De gerechten werden mooi gepresenteerd en de uitleg over de gerechten was goed. Wij hebben zeker lekker gegeten al vonden wij het niet spannend of verrassend maar dat hoeft ook niet altijd...

De smaken waren prima in orde en de porties goed. Het bijpassende wijnarrangement stak er deze avond met vlag en wimpel bovenuit erg lekker en goed gekozen. Een prettig restaurant voor een gezellige en goede avond tafelen.
Voor de eerste keer in dit restaurant gegeten tijdens de Restaurantweek. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en de service was zeer goed. De bediening geeft een goede uitleg bij zowel de wijnen als het eten. Het eten was erg lekker, goede prijs/kwaliteit. verhouding.
Mooi restaurant met een gezellige sfeer en goede bediening. Het eten was erg goed alleen de combinaties van smaken vond ik niet altijd kloppen.
