Description
Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine is situated on the spaarne in Haarlem at a beautiful location. The restaurant is located in a building full of character and attractively decorated. The restaurant is characterised by its accessible environment and the excellent price-quality ratio and is just like ratatouille a mix of French cuisine.
Michelin called Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine an example for the new generation of chefs and restaurant at the award ceremony of their first star: less expensive, less rigid, and more accessible. All the dishes are prepared to perfection with surprising taste palettes.
Chef Joshua Jaring likes to surprise you with colours and shapes and pays a lot of attention to the preparation of the plates. This time and again creates curiosity and a wow effect for the guest, making classic flavours very interesting! Jozue combines home-grown products with international flavours.
There is also a choice of more than 460 sublime wines from the enormously extensive wine list. Come and enjoy a delicious lunch or an amazing dinner and be taken into the culinary world of the chef.

Woensdag 12 april gegeten bij Ratatouille aan het Spaarne.
Woorden schieten tekort. Het eten was voortreffelijk. De bediening vriendelijk en attent. Wat wil je nog meer. Wij hadden een heerlijke avond. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Zeker gezien de redelijke prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Ontspannen informele sfeer. De bediening is jong en super vriendelijk. Leuk dat de keuken echt in het restaurant is en je dus mee kan kijken. Tafeltjes stonden wel ietwat dicht op elkaar.
Via de restaurantaktie geboekt, vriendelijke bediening, leuke entourage, van amuse tot en met de koffie allerlei verrukkelijke smaakexplosies! Prachtig opgemaakt dus ook een lust voor het oog.
