Description
Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine is situated on the spaarne in Haarlem at a beautiful location. The restaurant is located in a building full of character and attractively decorated. The restaurant is characterised by its accessible environment and the excellent price-quality ratio and is just like ratatouille a mix of French cuisine.
Michelin called Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine an example for the new generation of chefs and restaurant at the award ceremony of their first star: less expensive, less rigid, and more accessible. All the dishes are prepared to perfection with surprising taste palettes.
Chef Joshua Jaring likes to surprise you with colours and shapes and pays a lot of attention to the preparation of the plates. This time and again creates curiosity and a wow effect for the guest, making classic flavours very interesting! Jozue combines home-grown products with international flavours.
There is also a choice of more than 460 sublime wines from the enormously extensive wine list. Come and enjoy a delicious lunch or an amazing dinner and be taken into the culinary world of the chef.
The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2014. They received 16 Gault&Millau points.

Dit was de vierde keer bij Ratatouille en het was weer genieten. Elke keer is het menu anders en ook deze keer was het heerlijk. Door de open keuken is de kwaliteit en beheersing zichtbaar en ook de bediening is uitstekend.
Heerlijk eten, met prachtig vormgegeven gerechten, modern chique en een ontspannen sfeer. We hebben een heerlijke avond gehad vol culinaire verassingen en heerlijk bijpassende wijnen. Echt een aanrader!
Dit is echt een aanrader, wij hebben van het 5 gangen verassingsmenu genoten. Werkelijk fantastisch wat het team allemaal samenstelt en wat een smaaksensatie. Het personeel doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken, alle lof hiervoor. Voor onze smaak mag de verlichting iets feller maar dat is natuurlijk perso...

Enige minpuntje was de staat van het herentoilet, dat zou tussendoor gecheckt moeten worden want dat zat vol remsporen. Dit is opbouwende kritiek want het heeft onze avond niet verpest.
