Description
Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine is situated on the spaarne in Haarlem at a beautiful location. The restaurant is located in a building full of character and attractively decorated. The restaurant is characterised by its accessible environment and the excellent price-quality ratio and is just like ratatouille a mix of French cuisine.
Michelin called Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine an example for the new generation of chefs and restaurant at the award ceremony of their first star: less expensive, less rigid, and more accessible. All the dishes are prepared to perfection with surprising taste palettes.
Chef Joshua Jaring likes to surprise you with colours and shapes and pays a lot of attention to the preparation of the plates. This time and again creates curiosity and a wow effect for the guest, making classic flavours very interesting! Jozue combines home-grown products with international flavours.
There is also a choice of more than 460 sublime wines from the enormously extensive wine list. Come and enjoy a delicious lunch or an amazing dinner and be taken into the culinary world of the chef.
The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2014. They received 16 Gault&Millau points.

Vanaf het binnen komen tot het weggaan , geweldig . Prachtig restaurant , geweldige bediening met de volle aandacht voor ons, de gerechten waren kunstwerkjes en heerlijk , dus alles bij elkaar FEESTJE
Wij hadden de verwachting dat je na het eten bij een sterren restaurant niet vol zou zitten, integendeel zelfs prop en prop vol zaten wij. Het eten was heerlijk, de bediening was top. Echt genoten bij dit restaurant en we gaan zeker nog eens terug!!!!
Wat is het een feest om hier te mogen eten. Alles klopt en is zeer smaakvol. Het personeel is top en de eigenaar/chef kok brengt zelf de gerechten met een uitleg.
We komen zeker nog een keer. Super bedankt voor deze beleving.
