Description
Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine is situated on the spaarne in Haarlem at a beautiful location. The restaurant is located in a building full of character and attractively decorated. The restaurant is characterised by its accessible environment and the excellent price-quality ratio and is just like ratatouille a mix of French cuisine.
Michelin called Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine an example for the new generation of chefs and restaurant at the award ceremony of their first star: less expensive, less rigid, and more accessible. All the dishes are prepared to perfection with surprising taste palettes.
Chef Joshua Jaring likes to surprise you with colours and shapes and pays a lot of attention to the preparation of the plates. This time and again creates curiosity and a wow effect for the guest, making classic flavours very interesting! Jozue combines home-grown products with international flavours.
There is also a choice of more than 460 sublime wines from the enormously extensive wine list. Come and enjoy a delicious lunch or an amazing dinner and be taken into the culinary world of the chef.
The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2014. They received 16 Gault&Millau points.

Jammer restaurant week slechts €10 euro korting pp 145 pp maar eten op 1 gerecht na niet top wijn arrangement leuk maar duur en een bodempje wijn! Jammer ging altijd met veel plezier was nu += 400 kwijt voor 2 pers was jarig kreeg mini taartje mee…. Mini glaasjes die zij schenken met wijnarrangement zou zo’n 3 slokjes pp niet het verlies zijn geweest!!!!! Personeel is geweldig!!!!!!!!!!!
Het eten, sfeer en bediening waren goed. Heerlijk avondje gehad!

Een open keuken waar de chef met zijn brigade de meest lekkere gerechten na elkaar op tafel tovert. We zaten heerlijk op een halve bank met mooie ruime tafel en uitizicht op het gehele restaurant. Vooraf een glas champagne om op te warmen! Wat smaak makers en ovenheerlijk brood. In totaal 6 gerechten gehad met 6 (halve) glazen wijn wat echt een volle buik oplevert. Vakkundig geselecteerde wijnen uit diverse streken met Italië als boventoon. Uitstekend gewoon! Ook de friandises met dubbele espresso als afsluiting top! Voldaan en relaxed naar huis. We komen terug!
