Description
Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine is situated on the spaarne in Haarlem at a beautiful location. The restaurant is located in a building full of character and attractively decorated. The restaurant is characterised by its accessible environment and the excellent price-quality ratio and is just like ratatouille a mix of French cuisine.
Michelin called Restaurant Ratatouille Food & Wine an example for the new generation of chefs and restaurant at the award ceremony of their first star: less expensive, less rigid, and more accessible. All the dishes are prepared to perfection with surprising taste palettes.
Chef Joshua Jaring likes to surprise you with colours and shapes and pays a lot of attention to the preparation of the plates. This time and again creates curiosity and a wow effect for the guest, making classic flavours very interesting! Jozue combines home-grown products with international flavours.
There is also a choice of more than 460 sublime wines from the enormously extensive wine list. Come and enjoy a delicious lunch or an amazing dinner and be taken into the culinary world of the chef.

Heerlijke gegeten, aparte smaak combinaties Heel gevarieerd. Mooie ambiance. En vriendelijk personeel. Een hele fijne avond gehad. Het blijft wel prijzig.
Mooie samenstelling van ingredienten, fantastische wijnen en een zeer kundige sommelier heeft onze avond gemaakt!
We hadden de 4 gangenlunch genomen. Relaxte sfeer bediening was niet tè overdreven / formeel netjes maar precies goed en heel prettig in de omgang. Met prachtige amuses werden onze smaakpapillen wakker gemaakt. Een heerlijke soepje vooraf, delicate kleine hapjes daarna. Het hoofdgerecht was voor ons ook echt het hoo...

Deze moet je proeven!( vis ) we hadden een aanbevolen heerlijke hongaarse wijn die ook echt perfect was. Uiteraard afgesloten met een passend heerlijk nagerecht. We namen zelf nog koffie met bijbehorende bonbons ( madeleine van popkorn deze moet je even proeven) kortom voor ons een heerlijke geslaagde middag!
Kleine opmerking: de wijn werd geserveerd en hierbij werd in een soort van “ deuntje” alles snel opgenoemd. Toen ik hier een opmerking over maakte was er even verwarring. Daarna deze herstelt. Het deed “ aangeleerd “ aan nog niet doorleeft. Voor de test alle lof! Ps handig om vantevoren op te geven wat je echt niet lust. Hier wordt goed naar gekeken en rekening mee gehouden.
