Two brothers, one mission
In the historic Rooi Harten mission house, where others once followed their calling, Paul and Ralph Kappé are now bringing their own mission to life: creating a place where people can truly connect. As in the old days. Offline. With attention. Full of stories. And without distractions.

That dedication and attention did not go unnoticed: in 2019, Restaurant Monarh was awarded one Michelin star, the first ever in Tilburg.

Gisteren heerlijk geluncht bij Monarh. We hebben genoten van de mooie gerechten en amuses. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Restaurant is erg mooi en sfeervol, gelegen in een deel van het klooster. We gaan zeker nog eens terug.

Exquise gerechten en mooie bijpassende wijnen te mogen genieten in een ruime sfeervolle omgeving met uiterst vriendelijke en stralende bediening is een genot voor alle zintuigen. Ook de eigen parking is een pré midden in Tilburg.
De ontvangst was zeer uitnodigend , de sfeer was goed ,er waren op ons moment niet veel gasten . De bediening , het eten , de wijnen , het dessert en de koffie waren buitengewoon goed . Zeer professioneel . Een mooie middag .
