Heerlijk gegeten. Vriendelijk personeel. Trekt gerust paar uurtjes voor uit om te genieten van al het lekkers.
Wij hadden gekozen voor het 6 gangen menu. Vooraf kregen we 3 verschillende heerlijke amuses. Elke gang was een voortreffelijke smaakbeleving. De gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk en nam de tijd waardoor wij rustig konden eten en er genoeg tijd tussen de gangen was. Wij komen zeker terug !
Een feest voor de smaakpapillen èn voor het oog. Zorgvuldig opgebouwde gerechten met spannende smaakcontrasten. Aan het einde van de avond kwam de chefkok nog even langs voor een praatje. Een man met passie voor goed en onderscheidend eten. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.
