Heerlijk gegeten! Verrassend, verzorgd en gevarieerd. Kom zeker weer.
Alleen al de diverse rondjes amuses waren een proeverij-feestje!
Bijzonder ook om zóveel variatie in smaken passend te combineren binnen één gerecht.
Gewaagde combinaties ook, b.v. de ossestaart op de gegrilde zeebaarsfilet, maar heel geslaagd. Ook de wijnen waren voor ons net even anders: buitengewoon dus.
Kortom een culinair memorabele avond!
