Hier gegeten met een stel vrienden en hier is Amsterdam op z'n best wat een ambiance. En dan de chef kok, 21 jaar geweldig wat kan die man koken. Je eet je vingers erbij op. EEN ECHTE AANRADER.
Ambiance ( pand uit 1600) was geheel passend bij onze uitstap van die middag nl. "late Rembrandt" Het eten was goed / prima. De service correct en de bediening zeer vlot. Aanrader !

Kaarslicht, antieke schouw, houten vloeren,oude mozaïek raampjes met uitzicht op kattengat en de aandacht die men besteedt aan oerhollandse aankleding (lees een delfs blauw porceleinen bord op je tafel, bediening met blauw tegeltjes das, een verse witte roos uit Aalsmeer op de tafel etc)maken het geheel af. De kok van al het verrukkelijks dat intens je smaakpapillen beroert, is een 21 jarige kok , onze zoon,vertellen de trotse ouders en tevens eigenaren van het resto, als ze persoonlijk bij je aan tafel komen en je persoonlijk uitgeleide doen na afloop (ondanks een barstensvolle tent, waar vind je dat nog??).
Wat ons betreft wordt dat jonge culinaire talent een upcoming michelinster winnaar. Een echte aanrader dit resto, voor zakelijk en prive!
