Het was werkelijk heerlijk! Eten met een fantastisch uitzicht en zeer vriendelijke mensen. Een absolute aanrader.
Restaurant Élevé zit op een prachtige locatie en heeft een fantastisch uitzicht.
Vergeleken met de vorige locatie in Ryptsjerk toch wel net een tikkeltje bijzonderder.
Ontvangst was ons wat te stijfjes maar we werden naar een mooi gedekte tafel begeleid met uitzicht over de hele stad (en verder).

Ontvangst was ons wat te stijfjes maar we werden naar een mooi gedekte tafel begeleid met uitzicht over de hele stad (en verder).
Het wachten op de eerste amuse duurde ons, en een aantal andere gasten, net iets te lang (50 min). Een amuse of broodje binnen het eerste uur is eigenlijk wel een must.
Het 3-gangen menu was van hoog niveau, zowel qua smaak als opmaak, zoals te verwachten is van een restaurant met een Michelinster. We hebben nog een extra gang als tussengerecht gekozen (kaas) maar dit was achteraf niet nodig aangezien we na het hoofdgerecht al voldoende verzadigd waren. De porties zijn dus absoluut niet minimaal. Het bijpassende wijnarrangement was prijzig maar erg goed.
Het personeel is erg gedreven en correct en ze kwamen regelmatig langs om te vragen of alles naar wens was.
Kortom: We hebben ons bezoek als erg prettig ervaren en hebben fantastisch gegeten, we moesten wel iets te lang wachten voor we wat brood/amuse kregen en de rekening was aan de hoge kant ( dit natuurlijk ook door extra gang en wijnarrangement met champagne etc.).
Heerlijk gegeten tijdens de restaurantweek. Ten eerste het uitzicht: wauw! Ook de gastheer was vriendelijk en attent. Vooraf werd gevraagd naar onze wensen en werd vermeld dat de allergieën bij hun bekend waren. Erg fijn om dat niet nogmaals te hoeven noemen. Ook tijdens het diner heel goed rekening gehouden met mijn allergie. Verder een ontzettend goed samengesteld menu, zeker sterwaardig.
