Description
Justin Koopman, a talented chef who has earned his stripes at renowned restaurants such as FG**, Parkheuvel**, and 't Ganzenest*, works from a French foundation, enriched with his own Mediterranean influences. His dishes are characterized by the use of top-quality ingredients, herbs, and spices. His vision is to give classic elements, such as the grand dessert, a contemporary and refined twist. “I’m proud that we get to start our own restaurant here, and I look forward to surprising our guests time and time again,” says Justin.
Indy Chiron Akkermans, the hostess of the duo, has gained extensive experience at top restaurants such as HMB, Amarone*, Fred**, and FG**, and will elevate the hospitality at Aan de Zweth to the next level. “We’re excited about the extras this location offers, such as the lounge, the private dining room, and the terrace by the water,” says Indy. “We want to bring our own touch to the restaurant, but for regular guests, not much will change.”
The couple is determined to continue the legacy of Aan de Zweth, which has been a culinary institution for over 35 years, as a place where guests can enjoy refined cuisine and top-tier service. With a young and driven team, they aim to let the restaurant flourish even further.

Opnieuw een ware beleving van aperitief met amuses tot koffie met friandises. Telkens een aanrader
Wederom erg genoten van een vijf gangen all in menu. Alle gerechten lekker op smaak en de bijpassende wijnen ook erg goed. Fijne sfeer op zaterdagmiddag en personeel erg vriendelijk en attent. Wij vonden het weer erg geslaagd en blijven zeker terugkomen.
Eten fantastisch, daar we via Heerlijk. nl geboekt hadden omdat het goedkoper was de Champagne veel te duur. Hadden we van te voren willen weten dan hadden we dat aanbod war sluw in elkaar zit afgeslagen.
Dus tip neem gewoon een fles wijn ook geen water nemen dan zit je goed
