Restaurant Silver – Sustainable Indulgence in the Heart of Lelystad
On the edge of the Zilverpark, right in the center of Lelystad, you’ll find Restaurant Silver – a contemporary culinary hotspot since 2017 where innovation, flavor, and hospitality come together.
Our kitchen is modern, creative, and rooted in classical techniques. We cook with the seasons and make sure nothing goes to waste. Waste? Preferably not. We use every part of our ingredients and challenge ourselves daily to become ever more inventive with them.
Silver is proud to be part of Dutch Cuisine, which means we follow their principles: sourcing locally, putting vegetables at center stage, and complementing them with sustainable meat or fish (the 80/20 principle). This makes our dishes not only flavorful but also lighter on the environment. What’s more, our menus are nearly gluten- and lactose-free.

Gisteravond hebben wij heerlijk gegeten. Het eten zag er niet alleen maar spectaculair uit, maar qua smaak was het ook spectaculair!.
wij werden warm onthaald en de sfeer was uitstekend. wij komen graag nog een keer terug.
Het beste restaurant in Lelystad als je het mij vraagt. Mooie- gerechten en opmaak van de borden. Bij elk gerecht een uitgebreide uitleg door de chef en de bediening was erg goed. Er werd gevraagd naar de smaak of andere wensen maar niet te vaak en niet opdringerig. Dit is voor ons de eerste maar zeker niet de laats...

Enige punt is dat het vrij warm was in het restaurant op het moment dat wij er waren.
Heerlijk relaxed, bediening lekker vlot, eten goed afgestemd en bijhorend wijn arrangement was perfect. Komen zeker nog eens terug! Hopelijk snel!
