Restaurant Silver – Sustainable Indulgence in the Heart of Lelystad
On the edge of the Zilverpark, right in the center of Lelystad, you’ll find Restaurant Silver – a contemporary culinary hotspot since 2017 where innovation, flavor, and hospitality come together.
Our kitchen is modern, creative, and rooted in classical techniques. We cook with the seasons and make sure nothing goes to waste. Waste? Preferably not. We use every part of our ingredients and challenge ourselves daily to become ever more inventive with them.
Silver is proud to be part of Dutch Cuisine, which means we follow their principles: sourcing locally, putting vegetables at center stage, and complementing them with sustainable meat or fish (the 80/20 principle). This makes our dishes not only flavorful but also lighter on the environment. What’s more, our menus are nearly gluten- and lactose-free.

Hele mooie afsluiter van vakantie. Heel relaxed en heerlijk gegeten.
Heerlijk gegeten van een 5 gangen lunch met mooie creatieve gerechten. Ook hadden we de wijnproeverij, heel fijn dat “Silver” die aanbieden, mogen meer restaurants doen. Voor mensen die de (BOB-)wijnarrangementen teveel vinden is de proeverij/“sip”arrangement erg fijn om toch de hele belevenis te ervaren.
Wij hebben een heerlijke avond uit gehad. Gastvrouw en chef-kok Corrie heeft ons gastvrij ontvangen in haar mooie restaurant en veel uitgelegd over het idee achter de prachtige gerechten, no waste en hun passie voor het steunen van kinderen/jongeren die een helpende hand kunnen gebruiken zowel in Nederland als in Ro...

Mooi om te zien dat, ondanks de drukke werkzaamheden als ondernemer, er ruimte hiervoor gemaakt wordt!
Het 6 gangen diner was spectaculair zowel op het bord als voor de smaakpapillen en het wijnarrangement heerlijk. Mijn vrouw heeft genoten van de niet alcoholische cocktails. Zelfs even mogen kijken in de keuken hoe de fantastische jus stond te trekken. Hilarisch momentje toen de keukenbrigade zelf erg nieuwsgierig was naar de sambal van de aller heetste peper ter wereld ;-). Hij was gewaarschuwd...
