Restaurant Silver – Sustainable Indulgence in the Heart of Lelystad
On the edge of the Zilverpark, right in the center of Lelystad, you’ll find Restaurant Silver – a contemporary culinary hotspot since 2017 where innovation, flavor, and hospitality come together.
Our kitchen is modern, creative, and rooted in classical techniques. We cook with the seasons and make sure nothing goes to waste. Waste? Preferably not. We use every part of our ingredients and challenge ourselves daily to become ever more inventive with them.
Silver is proud to be part of Dutch Cuisine, which means we follow their principles: sourcing locally, putting vegetables at center stage, and complementing them with sustainable meat or fish (the 80/20 principle). This makes our dishes not only flavorful but also lighter on the environment. What’s more, our menus are nearly gluten- and lactose-free.

Wat hebben wij hier genoten. De sfeer is een mix van zakelijk/chique hotel. Het eten was werkelijk een feestje. Elke amuse, elk gerecht. De opmaak van de borden was ook top! Ook de eigenaresse tevens chef kwam aan tafel om gerechten op te dienen en te praten.
Tot slot is de prijs kwaliteit is goed. Ik zou iedereen aanraden hier eens een avondje te fine dinen! Wij houden de website/socials zeker in de gaten!
Wederom top!!! Onbegrijpelijk dat dit restaurant nog geen Michelin ster heeft. Het heeft alle ingrediënten daarvoor. Fantastisch eten met voortreffelijke bijpassende wijnen. De gerechten zijn een feestje om naar te kijken en de smaakpapillen vallen in de ene verbazing in de andere. Genieten!! Kortom een aanrader. En "Michelin" zou ook eens langs moeten gaan.
