Na al een keer of vijf hier gegeten te hebben gingen we dit jaar opnieuw voor het Dining with the stars-driegangenmenu van €37,50. De inrichting was veranderd: tafeltjes zo neergezet dat de serveerster, als zij het buurtafeltje bediende, met haar derrière nagenoeg tegen ons tafeltje stond. Voorgerecht was kleine aardappelsalade, smaakvol. Hoofdgerecht was een klein stukje hertenbiefstuk en een hap hertenstoof, met een lik aardappelpuree, een spruitje en een stukje stoofpeer. Meer koud dan warm opgediend, te kleine portie. Daarna: "Als nagerecht kunt u kiezen tussen zoet en een kaasplankje.". Ik koos de kaas, mijn partner het zoete gerecht. Niet ontevreden. Tot slot kwam de bittere pil: de rekening. Het flesje water kostte 7 euro, 2 glazen chardonnay 14 euro, het desembroodje 6 euro. En omdat ik zo stom was om voor het kaasplankje te kiezen werd er 10 euro extra gerekend. Wij voelden ons hongerig en opgelicht. Ons zien ze niet meer terug.
