In the old quiet village center of Capelle aan den IJssel you will find the restaurant Perceel * on the dike in the Old Town Hall. The dike has a beautiful authentic look and the newly constructed terrace is the perfect place to relax. In the summer months you can enjoy an extensive lunch or dinner with a beautiful view of the Hollandse IJssel.
At Perceel* you will be surprised by unexpected flavor combinations that will amaze you. They love flowers and brighten up both the restaurant and the plates. In the spring and summer, the herbs and edible flowers come from their own herb garden, which is located next to the restaurant.

9 gangen menu. Het eten was hemels. Lekker buiten op het terras gezeten. Heerlijke middag.
Het 9 gangen menu met ook nog eens 3 amuses was erg lekker. Er zaten geen zwakke gerechten tussen. De zaak ziet er ook mooi uit. Het is wel vrij gehorig en omdat sommige tafeltjes dicht op elkaar staan geeft dat wat weinig privacy tijdens gesprekken. De bediening is vriendelijk. Irritant is wel dat als je om een fle...

Het is wel vrij gehorig en omdat sommige tafeltjes dicht op elkaar staan geeft dat wat weinig privacy tijdens gesprekken. De bediening is vriendelijk. Irritant is wel dat als je om een fles water hebt gevraagd er ongevraagd steeds een nieuwe wordt opengemaakt, zelfs als je bijna bent uitgegeten en de waterglazen net nig bol zijn geschonken. En die staat dan wel op de rekening. Ook werd een “bob”-glas wijn toch als volledig glas in rekening gebracht.
We verlieten het restaurant desalniettemin met een positief gevoel. Dat sloeg later op de avond helaas wel om, toen we beiden ernstige buikklachten kregen die een week aanhielden. Naar onze mening kon dat alleen hebben gelegen aan iets dat we ter plaatse hadden gegeten. Of dat daadwerkelijk zo is, is echter niet meer te achterhalen.
