Hoofdgerecht, lekker maar niet bijzonder qua smaak en dit terwijl er naar het verhaal heel veel mee gedaan was (boerderijkip gemarineerd in zuivel (de wei meen ik), met daarbij een saus van zuivel met dragon, daarnaast een glas met een crème van spinazie met een gepocheerd ei, aardappelmousseline (denk ik) en schuim van melk), nagerecht lekker (chocolade mokka creme op een krokant biscuit, meen gebakken stukjes ananas, ile-flontand anno 2012 en kerrie/champagne ijs). Minpunten: had van tevoren aangegeven dat ik niet tegen suiker kan, hier was absoluut geen rekening mee gehouden. Dit was trouwens ook nog een keer telefonisch doorgegeven. Heb er tijdens het eten niets meer van gezegd maar slordig vind ik het wel.
Een zeer ontspannen avond mede door de prima gastvrouwen/mannen en een vijf gangen diner met bijpassende wijnen om je vingers bij af te likken.Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar.
Vriendelijk onthaal, aangename bediening en het allerbelangrijkste : lekkere gerechten. Absoluut een toprestaurant op alle gebied !
