Wat een geweldige ervaring was het dineren bij Inter Scaldes. Het begint al wanneer je de oprit op komt rijden, vriendelijk personeel dat je verwelkomt en aanwijst waar te parkeren. Bij binnenkomst krijg je echt het huiskamer gevoel en Claudia en haar team laten je echt thuis voelen. Het eten was top, mooie amuses, de eigentijdse salade carprese een verrassing en de kreeft subliem. De vervolg gerechten en het dessert even mooi net zoals de wijnen en de bijbehorende verhalen van de sommelier. Echt genoten van de mooie avond.

We vonden de ontvangst, sfeer en keuken uitstekend. We hebben er erg van genoten. Een minpuntje vonden wij, dat er geen gelegenheid binnen voor rokers is.
