Het Bosch was deze keer weer een echte belevenis. Echt een avondvullend programma met een zes-gangenmenu. Na een amuse begonnen we met pata negra, ham op diverse manieren bereid, gevolgd door een combinatie van oerwortel. Daarna een werkelijk voortreffelijke bisque van kreeft, zo eentje die je direct weer beter doet...

Daarna een werkelijk voortreffelijke bisque van kreeft, zo eentje die je direct weer beter doet voelen als je je niet helemaal ok zou voelen. De skrei, een Noorse kabeljauw was al even lekker. Het hoofdgerecht was een barbaarse-eend, waarvan verschillende onderdelen op andere wijzen waren bereid. Tenslotte een cheesecak die heel apart was, voor mijzelf de kazen, ook prima. Al met al een echte aanrader.
We zitten al na te denken om de volgende keer voor het kreeftenmenu te gaan.

Altijd een feestje om in het Bosch te eten. super locatie. heerlijk eten (kreeft menu is echt een aanrader), top parkeren en super vriendelijke bediening. het was heel rustig in het restaurant ivm de vakantieperiode maar des te meer aandacht kregen wij. dank weer!
