heerlijk genoten in een mooi sfeervol versierd restaurant, lekkere gerechten met heerlijk bijpassende wijnen en vriendelijk personeel

Via Restaurantweek kwamen we bij 't Kalkoentje terecht. We wilden voor de verandering eens NIET in Utrecht-stad eten. Nou, daar hebben we geen spijt van! De omgeving is prachtig, het restaurant zelf is zeer sfeervol en volgens ons kun je in de zomer heerlijk buiten dineren in de avondzon met uitzicht op de Nederrijn...

De omgeving is prachtig, het restaurant zelf is zeer sfeervol en volgens ons kun je in de zomer heerlijk buiten dineren in de avondzon met uitzicht op de Nederrijn. Alle gerechtjes en amuses waren uit de kunst: mooie ingrediënten, heerlijke smaak en prachtig opgemaakt. We vonden het erg leuk dat alle koks ook een keer aan tafel kwamen om een gang te serveren en toe te lichten. Ook prettig: je kunt voor een BOB-wijnarrangement kiezen en op verzoek schenkt men kraanwater. Hulde! Na afloop bracht bus 50 ons weer terug naar Utrecht.
Weer heerlijk gegeten in het kalkoentje!
