Description
Restaurant 't Amsterdammertje is located in Loenen aan de Vecht. Since the 80's 't Amsterdammertje has been an understanding in the Gooi- and Vechtarea. It was one of the first brasseries in the country to offer a 3 course menu.
Chef André Gerrits started his professional career as a chef at Restaurant de Kromme Dissel. After gaining work experience in various kitchens and taking his culinary skills to a higher level, he took over 't Amsterdammertje in 2009 together with his wife Genevieve. Success soon followed, because in November 2010 't Amsterdammertje was awarded a first Michelin star.
Worlds come together in the beautiful monumental old Dutch farm of this restaurant. Chef André and his team take you into the worlds of gastronomy, design, culture and craftsmanship. High-quality culinary dishes from international cuisine are inspired by the seasons and served by a passionate and driven team.
Behind all dishes there is a story and the guests are invited to take part in this experience. Together with the sommelier the chef works on the wine-food combination for each dish. These are mainly pure and organic wines from all over the world with a preference for wines from Germany, Austria and Northern Italy.

We hebben samen met de kinderen (12 en 10 jaar) heerlijk gegeten en genoten van de ambiance. Er werd ook uitstekend rekening gehouden met het glutenvrije dieet. De gerechten smaken puur en worden fantastisch gepresenteerd. Het wijnarrangement was super. Een echte aanrader.
Goede sfeer, overheerlijk gegeten, hele lange zit.
De chef komt je persoonlijk welkom heten aan je tafel. Overal een geweldig avond, eten top, bediening super top. Echter een hele LANGE zit!

Compliment voor het hoofdgerecht, een pasteitje met 3 vullingen, haas, bloedworst en hazepeper? Overheerlijk! Nog nooit eerder gegeten.
Wij zijn er nu al 3 keer geweest en wij komen zeker terug!
Hoe kunnen wij de wijnen bestellen die geserveerd worden?
Zaterdagavond 19 oktober 2013 dineerden we in 't Amsterdammetje. Het was even zoeken naar een parkeerplaats. In de documentatie was geen parkeermogelijkheid genoemd. Toch wel gevonden.
De ambiance van het restaurant is zeer goed. Het menu viel ons wat tegen. Er werden 'Wild weken'aangekondigd maar van veel wild was...
Zaterdagavond 19 oktober 2013 dineerden we in 't Amsterdammetje. Het was even zoeken naar een parkeerplaats. In de documentatie was geen parkeermogelijkheid genoemd. Toch wel gevonden.
De ambiance van het restaurant is zeer goed. Het menu viel ons wat tegen. Er werden 'Wild weken'aangekondigd maar van veel wild was geen sprake. Er was een tussengerecht van schol. Het hoofdgerecht bestond uit enkele kleine ronde torentjes Haas met daaromheen van alle en nog wat aan versieringen. Zeker wel smakelijk maar het viel ons toch tegen. Kennelijk wil een Sterrenrestaurant veel versierselen aanbrengen. Wij gaan daar toch niet meer heen.
