We waited for over an hour to get our food, the service was not friendly for who was ordering the AMEX menu. Tables ordering the regular menu were receiving the food at a reasonable time.
When we requested updates, the staff said the food was coming, but nothing for extra 30 minutes.

When we requested updates, the staff said the food was coming, but nothing for extra 30 minutes.
After waiting for more time, they brought only the rice of my wife's order
And when we woke to go away they brought only the meat of my order.
The rice was already cold and I've never seen a restaurant serving the order in pieces like that
When we were going, then they arrive at the table in 10 seconds to charge the drinks we ordered. Not even a single apology for the service provided

Full Moon Garden the best AMEX Dining for 2 experience we've had all year. The menu was generous (4 dishes for each person!), the food was delicious, and the service (as always) was excellent. We didn't feel rushed or treated differently because we had the Dining for 2 menu, unlike at other restaurants.
