I'd say the evening started out ok but the service as the evening went on went from ok to pretty bad. The food quality remained very well, the service getting the food to your table however was pretty bad. Not just us but the tables around us as well. Some of the people needed to wait a very long time to even be presented with a menu yet alone food.
Unfortunately, the service ruined what could have been a great evening. Dessert was part of the menu, but after 45+ minutes and multiple requests, it never arrived. We also didn’t receive the extra drinks we ordered. We ended up leaving, disappointed.

We are truly sorry that the service affected your evening. Waiting such a long time for dessert and not receiving your drinks is not acceptable, and we completely understand your frustration.
On Valentine’s Day, we significantly underestimated the extreme peak in guests and found ourselves understaffed at the last minute. During the rush, we unfortunately ran out of ingredients and had to arrange urgent refills. Due to the pressure, this was not properly communicated to you, which was our mistake.
While this explains what happened, it does not excuse it. We take full responsibility and are reviewing our planning and capacity for the future.
We hope to welcome you again someday and provide the experience and service we are known for.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for your experience on Valentine’s Day. While we’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the quality of the food, we are sorry that the service and waiting times fell short of expectations.
This day turned out to be significantly busier than we had anticipated, and we unfortunately found ourselves understaffed in the kitchen at the last minute, which led to significant longer waiting times in between courses. This is ultimately our responsibility and we fully understand how frustrating that must have been.
We would like to clarify that our service team, though young, is experienced and normally delivers attentive and smooth service. However, the unusually high pressure and volume of guests that evening impacted the overall flow of service, which clearly showed as the night progressed. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to. We are already reviewing our planning and staffing procedures for peak days to ensure this does not happen again.
We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you with the full experience we are known for.
