FYR – The Four Elements on Your Plate
At Czaar Peterstraat, FYR brings fire and passion together in a unique culinary experience. Chef Elian Muller, known from Vinkeles and Fosbury & Sons, incorporates the four elements – water, earth, air, and fire – into a refined menu. The restaurant’s centerpiece, a robust wood-fired oven, plays a key role in this concept.
The dishes reflect these elements: fresh fish (water), seasonal vegetables (earth), poultry (air), and the intense flavors from the wood oven (fire).
With its atmospheric interior, a relaxed terrace, and an upcoming wine bar featuring twenty exceptional wines, FYR offers an inviting space for fine dining enthusiasts. Together with chef Casper, Elian delivers a unique culinary experience.
FYR is open from Tuesday to Saturday, with lunch service available on Friday and Saturday.

Goed ambiance, fijn formaat van gerechten en goede keuze van bijpassende wijnen.

Food was very salty, service was a bit slow, when we arrived, restaurant was not fully ready yet, we waited a long time for bread, as they were in the in oven.
