Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, gezellig en maken tijd voor een praatje. Wij komen hier zeker weer een keertje eten.
My time and experience at Nomad was unique, enjoyable, joyful and memorable. Each course was presented to me with care and explanation by the owner, who clearly has so much passion for what he has created in this restuarant. I enjoyed each course, as I toured around the world, exploring and experiencing new foods and finding new ways to enjoy foods I have had before, but in new ways.
Afgelopen zaterdag hebben wij een hele leuke avond gehad bij Nomad aan het Ij. Wij hadden een 6 gangen menu gekozen met daarbij passende wijnen. Read full reviewAfgelopen zaterdag hebben wij een hele leuke avond gehad bij Nomad aan het Ij. Wij hadden een 6 gangen menu gekozen met daarbij passende wijnen. Er werd bij de gerechten uitgelegd wat het allemaal was en aan ons de vraag of we aan de hand van de uitleg wisten uit welk land het gerecht afkomstig was. Dit zorgt ook voor een beetje meer interactie met het personeel. De dame die ons de gerechten serveerde was heel aardig en gastvrij. Sommelier Sam kwam steeds met een mooi verhaal over de wijnen waarvan 1 wijn van zijn vroegere buurman uit Friesland was, welke onze favoriet was. Daar zat ook een mooi verhaal achter. Na een hele leuke avond gehad te hebben met lekker eten en wijn hebben we nog even gezellig gesproken met Sam. Het voelde net alsof je bij vrienden aan het eten was, zo leuk hoe het personeel je behandeld. Kortom, lekker gegeten, mooi uitzicht, super vriendelijk personeel.
Wij gingen voldaan huiswaarts.
