Upon arriving, I was advised to choose other options from their menu as their special menu cannot cater to my requirements. When asking for bill to pay, I was presented a bill with normal rate, as opposed to special deal. I find it hugely misleading, they should have mentioned this beforehand, before the reservation day so guest can decide if they still want to come without deals. Why book a special deal if there’s no difference with regular reservation. After explaining my dissatisfaction, they “decided” to honor the special deal rate. The whole ordeal left me a sour taste in my mouth. During the service, my bread was also forgotten. They only served it after the entree upon noticing that I got no bread while everyone around me had theirs. The cooking was good as usual but the service was utter shambles that is nowhere near a Michelin starred restaurant level.

Letterlijk, de ober sloeg een wijnglas kapot op onze tafel en serveerde al bloedend de gerechten door. Geen excuses, geen gene en zeer onsmakelijk. De wijnkaart werd niet besproken, noch werd je geholpen in keuzes die passen bij de gerechten. De gerechten werden op tafel geplaatst met zeer minimale uitleg, witte wijn werd met de fles op tafel geplaatst - zonder dat deze gekoeld bleef, maat wel 80+ euro voor een te warme fles wijn betalen (?). Ik snap de hype echt totaal niet en zou niemand aanraden hier zoveel geld voor neer te leggen.
