Fantastische lunch gehad. Enthousiast personeel, en mooie gerechten. Favoriet was de tartaar van rund met daarbovenop een stukje gefrituurde kalfshersen. En de gebrande garnalen in een saus van lavendel.
De amuse, het voorgerecht en het hoofdgerecht waren heerlijk door verrassende smaken en verwerking van bepaalde ingrediënten. Het nagerecht viel tegen en was niet bijzonder. De wijnen zijn heerlijk, maar daar betaal je ook voor. Daarnaast moet je apart afrekenen voor een waterarrangement, dat vind ik niet terecht al...

Vanwege de ster was mijn verwachting hoog, maar dat is door de bediening en ambiance niet waargemaakt.
Mooi gepresenteerd eten, we vonden sommige smaken wat te heftig (de biet, de lavendel, het ijs), ietwat onhandige bediening, sfeer was heftig want omringd door verliefde stellen en hele arrogante expats familie, maar zonder hen wel leuk (boven dan)
