Heel aangename sfeer en zeer toffe bediening. De gerechtjes waren lekker met heel verrassende smaken.
Veel aandacht wordt besteed aan zuiver voedsel en eigen bereiding van het eten dit gaat soms wel ten koste van de smaak helaas
Je smaakpapillen worden continu verrast
Beste meneer Schouten,
Hartelijk dank voor uw bericht. U heeft bij ons mijn chefs menu genuttigd. Wat jammer om te horen dat de smaken/kookstijl niet helemaal is bevallen. Zoals aangegeven op onze site en socials is mijn kookstijl in ons chefs menu experimenteel met gedurfde smaak combinaties. We bieden hiernaast ook een JRE menu aan waarin we dit niet doen en rustiger en klassieker koken. Ik ben zelf veelvuldig bij u aan tafel geweest en heb u zelf naar buiten begeleid. Helaas heb ik niet mogen vernemen dat de smaken niet voor u waren. Had ik dit wel mogen vernemen dan had ik hier wellicht nog op in kunnen spelen voor u.
Ik wens u een fijn weekend toe, en hoop u nogmaals te mogen ontvangen.
