Van begin met amuses tot einde met koffie en crème brulde.. alles tiptop in orde en zeer lekker! Verrassende combinaties!
Heerlijke gewaagde combinaties van vis en vlees. Ook de sommelier die zeer gevat af en toe een grapje maakte maakte het menu compleet!
We hadden hoge verwachtingen van deze sterrenzaak. We namen de 6 gangen Dining with the stars menu, met aangepast wijnarrangement. De wijnen waren stuk,voor stuk top ! Perfect afgestemd bij elk gerecht. De bordpresentatie was teleurstellend. Die was, volgens ons, niet op niveau van een sterrenzaak. Ook waren er enke...

Perfect afgestemd bij elk gerecht. De bordpresentatie was teleurstellend. Die was, volgens ons, niet op niveau van een sterrenzaak. Ook waren er enkele gerechten waar de smaakcombinaties voor ons vreemd zaten. (Het pre-dessert bv was (op één bord) een stukje gefrituurde kip, enkele stukjes gerookte paling, zoetzure saus en een sorbet van citroen ! Bizar🤔) Wij waren jammer genoeg niet echt overtuigd.
