In Sprang-Capelle, in the middle of the green heart of Brabant, you will find restaurant De Proeverij. A Burgundian restaurant where enjoyment is still really central. Voor het eerst in de Proeverij gegeten. Was weer een welkome aanvulling. Wat een rust en ontspannen sfeer in de zaak waar er echt tijd is voor de klant. Marco en Michel hebben het goed voor elkaar. Heerlijk gegeten met mooie passende wijnen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Erg lekker gegeten en leuk concept om te kunnen proeven van een verassingsmenu van de chef (keuze 4 tot 7 gerechtjes en met dieetwensen of allergieën wordt rekening gehouden). Alles was met veel zorg en aandacht bereid, opgemaakt en uitgeserveerd. Het smaakte naar meer, wij komen zeker nog eens terug!
We kenden De Proeverij nog niet, nu we kennisgemaakt hebben met heet heerlijke eten en de zeer goede service zullen we het zeker vaker bezoeken.
