The only drawback was a very long waiting time - it took over 40 minutes to get the first dish and then 35-40 min between the remaining ones - we were told that it was due to some malfunctioning of the kitchen, where only half of it worked. As an apology and a compliment we received non-alcoholic drinks and an extra dish to fill in the pause. The hostess and the waitresses were doing their absolute best and navigating complexity with calmness and respect, which left a very positive impression.
Het eten was erg goed! Door een systeemfoutje kreeg de keuken de verkeerde gerechten door, wat resulteerde in een extra gang voor ons :)
