The beetroot salmon and duck were fresh and refined, and the scallops were perfectly cooked with a delicate garlic-soy reduction. The seabass was tender and flavorful, and the Iberico ribs were rich and well executed. The dessert with black sesame ice cream, mango and pandan coconut cream was a great finish — not too sweet and very original.
Service was attentive and professional without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. Overall, a high-quality dining experience that we would happily recommend.
