Voor het eerst hier gegeten. Was echt ontzettend lekker en ook zeker een goede en vriendelijke service. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
We keken erg uit naar ons bezoek aan Vane maar waren toch echt wel teleurgesteld na ons diner daar. De gerechten waren niet echt van het niveau dat ik van een Michelin aanbevolen restaurant zou mogen verwachten. Voorgerecht van 3 kleine cherry tomaten op verschillende manier bereid was echt een teleurstellend begin....

De gerechten waren niet echt van het niveau dat ik van een Michelin aanbevolen restaurant zou mogen verwachten. Voorgerecht van 3 kleine cherry tomaten op verschillende manier bereid was echt een teleurstellend begin. De daarop volgende zeebaars was aanzienlijk beter maar waarom 'beef cheek' als tussen gerecht werd geserveerd met daarop volgend sukade als hoofdgerecht blijft voor mij een raadsel. Het restaurant is te groot en fungeert ook als ontbijt zaal voor het hotel en is daarom nogal sfeerloos. Een heel aantal tafels in het gedeelte waar we zaten waren leeg (sommige niet opgedekt) en het voelde daarom alsof we in een vergeten hoek terecht gekomen waren. De service van Ohn was uitstekend en zijn perfecte gastheerschap maakte veel goed. Verder vond ik het restaurant stevig aan de prijs voor het gebodene. Helaas gaan we hier niet terug keren..
5 gangen diner was een geweldige ervaring met heerlijke smaken. Mooi opgemaakt en goede wijncombinaties. Aanrader !
