Prima bediening goede service en verzorging, sommelier enthousiast
5 gangen met 1extra en wijnarrangement een aanrader! Alleen de gang met gepocheerd ei was minder, verder top, hoge kwaliteit en prachtige smaken.
De skybar is ook zeker bezoekje waard, allen de prijs voor een glas wijn is echt te hoog, 4 tot 4,5 euro is beter, zeker in verhouding met de prijs van een biertje danwel softdrink.
Afgelopen zaterdag hebben we bij Vane gegeten via de nationale restaurant week (6 gangen voor €59). We hebben heerlijk gegeten, vooral de desserts waren heerlijk (1 extra i.v.m. restaurant week).
Wat ons wel een beetje tegenviel was dat er, vooral in het begin, veel tijd tussen de gangen zat (bijna een uur).
Dit restaurant met het beste uitzicht op de stad ijvert zich voor het halen van minstens 1 Michelinster.Dat zal ze zeker lukken als de kinderziektes na een maand opening eruit zijn. Zeef ze een kans!!
