Restaurant Bakboord is located at the harbor entrance of the marina in Almere Haven and the beautiful Gooimeer. The restaurant has three terraces by the water where you can enjoy an extensive lunch and dinner.
Delicious dishes are served daily for both dinner and lunch. There is also a High Tea to do in the restaurant.
The kitchen team is specialized to make the most beautiful culinary dishes with daily fresh and as sustainable ingredients as possible.
Restaurant Bakboord was included in the LEKKER500 best restaurants of 2019 edition and has received a mention in the Gault&Millau.

Mooi menu in balans. Voor- en hoofdgerecht prma van smaak en combinatie. Persoonlijk vond ik dat wat minder voor het nagerecht.
Vorig jaar maakte de gebakken schol een onuitwisbare indruk op ons. Dit jaar was het hoofdgerecht wat minder, met name het garnituur bij de eendenborst. Veel biet en ui 'uit eigen tuin', dat hoefde niet zo voor ons. Een lekkere witte huiswijn, een Zuidafrikaanse chenin blanc van Simonsig. De twee bedienende heren zijn attent, de drie dames draaien op de automatische piloot.
Wij hadden het menu uitgebruid naar 4 gangen maar alles 4de gangen waar heerlijk, we hebben ook alles gehad vlees, vis soepje vooraf het eten is echt heel goed! En het restaurant ligt op een mooi locatie
