Een fantastische eetbeleving , geweldige balans met de verschillende smaken in de gerechten. Ook goed rekening gehouden met intolerantie en allergie voor bepaalde ingrediënten van een persoon. We gaan zeker terug komen
Gerechten met een niet alledaagse touch. Mooi gepresenteerd, goede porties. Zeker aan te bevelen. Attente bediening.
We hadden voor 4 personen lunch geboekt, en hebben genoten.
Rustige achtergrond muziek, fijne bediening, en een werkelijk verfijnde drie gangen maaltijd gegeten.
Amuses tussendoor, en friandises bij de koffie, en niet te vergeten de uitstekende Zuid-Afrikaanse Chardonnay. Die kwam uit een voor mij onbekende vallei boven Hermanus. Uitstekend.
We komen zeker terug, en dat zegt genoeg.
