Eten lekker,wijnen goed afgestemd,de rode stellenbosch(de naam ben ik vergeten,zou het wel willen weten)uit zuid africa heel bijzonder. Nagerecht iets minder.

Van knabbeltje t/m dessert: creatieve en gewaagde combinaties (o.a. met Thaise curry en Hoisin) en smaken. Goede kwaliteit vis, vlees en groenten.
Diner (o.a. biologische zalm en Hereford rund) combineert alleszins met de Cremant d'Alsace (Turckheim) en dessert (o.a. Lambada aardbei) met de Mas Amiel.
