Wat hebben wij een geweldige avond gehad bij eindeloos. Alles was tip top geregeld en ik heb nog nooit zo lekker gegeten. Er was een goede sfeer, intiem en uitstekende bediening. De tijd tussen de gerechten was precies goed en de wijn was voortreffelijk. In een woord: perfect!
De kok weet iedere keer weer te verrassen, ook met ingrediënten die op zich niet exclusief te noemen zijn. Kleine amuses leiden niet af van de echte gangen. Vooral de kalsmuis met makreel vond ik gewaagd. Service is persoonlijk, maar niet populair. Een echte aanrader.
